I open accounts, make loans, and open credit and debit cards. I do wire transfers and make calls for sales. I have learned banking skills including loans. These skills have allowed me to guide the members to the right products for their individual needs. I reached loan goals on auto, HELOC, and personal loans.

My top achievement was I helped teach new employees coming in as turnover was high. This resulted in the branch as a whole doing better.

Inbound Sales Development Representative

As a "Sales Development Representative," I was calling leads, and accepting incoming calls to achieve my sales goals. I learned a lot about finance procedures and regulations such as Reg A, B, C, D, E. Unfortunately, my department was laid off when the company downsized.

Greeter

As a Greeter at Awaken church, I help all our followers, visitors, and others feel like family. As volunteer work, I do not get paid each Sunday. This doesn’t mean I didn’t acquire any skills. I learned about communication, connections, culture, and dedication. Over the years I have helped with numerous activities including, acting for the Bethlehem play, moving material, watching kids, and participating in meetings.

My top achievement was organizing a garage sale, to help earn the church money. I came up with the plan and talked with connections to get help managing the event as well as a place to do it.

EDUCATION

University of North Florida, bachelor's degree, Economics, 12/2021

At UNF I had to do more than Listen. I had to understand, analyze, interpret, and remember what was said/ read. This required me to become very adapt in note-taking, creativity, problem-solving, and speech. Although I majored in economics, I minored in Digital analytics. Interestingly my favorite class was about “Legal Law”.
