My passion in life has alway been to help and care for people, and make every effort to bring as much joy as possible to each person I encounter in both my professional and work environments. I am exceptionally hard-working and an active listener. I like to understand the core fundamentals of the task at hand, then find the most effective and efficient ways to get the desired result. I enjoy using creative ways to solve new problems that come my way. I am very capable of succeeding in both an independent and a cooperative environment. ● Create and package new subcontracts for a subcontractors working on the project
● Responsible for collecting and maintaining all necessary compliance documents for subcontractors to be working on site, including all necessary insurance forms, site safety documents, enrolling them in certified payroll programs etc.
● Manage monthly subcontractors billing packages. Including verifying subcontractors are billing for the correct items and work complete percentages. Ensuring the bill is accurately reflecting subcontract values from past and future monthly billings.
● Processing and tracking all progress billings from Subs to accounting, and following the cycle to payments out.
● Maintaining daily communications with dozens of separate entities to coordinate all subs on site are up to date on compliance and allowed to work on site each day. Office Manager (Oct 2019-July 2022)
