• Print Error Log-An additional task I have been supporting team 310 and 780 is on their examinee package print error log. I pull the hourly error log; identify the mini-team, case specialist it belongs to and include the examinees name and date of the appointment.
• Communicate with Case Specialist if examinee packet was errored out as undeliverable; so Case Specialist can contact examinee and give them date, time, address to facility to their exam.
• Fax over diagnostic order forms to Diagnostic facilities using Biscom Webfax on a daily basis.
• Assist veteran Service Coordinators with mileage checks to be mailed to provider’s office or directly to Veteran’s home address if appointment already occurred. Pro and Sons
