• Communicate with Case Specialist if examinee packet was errored out as undeliverable; so Case Specialist can contact examinee and give them date, time, address to facility to their exam.

• Fax over diagnostic order forms to Diagnostic facilities using Biscom Webfax on a daily basis.

• Assist veteran Service Coordinators with mileage checks to be mailed to provider’s office or directly to Veteran’s home address if appointment already occurred. Pro and Sons
