Report directly to the President of Atlantec Technology Services, a managed service provider and manage a team of 5 technical engineers that perform remote and onsite support to clients in New Hampshire and Maine. Create and maintain IT budgets and spreadsheet reports for IT executives of our clients with itemized costs per ongoing project.
Our engineers perform the installation, support and maintenance of all client site servers running Microsoft Windows 2016 and 2019 server, Exchange 2016, 2019 Server with some clients running VMware ESXi6x hosting 2016 and 2019 Windows Server with remote VDI virtualized desktop pools and various Dell, IBM laptops and desktop hardware at client sites.
We also provide Qualys cloud cybersecurity vulnerability management and are responsible for all customer data backups to the cloud and disaster recovery policies for our clients. I schedule and manage all off hours and weekend projects and schedule consulting resources when necessary.
