I was brought on board to establish Finixio’s presence in the Eastern European region and build a team focused on this market. Owned the entire recruitment process from start to end and revamped the recruitment strategy completely. Director of Recruitment at Digital Silk Miami, Florida I joined Digital Silk and was promoted to Director of Recruitment within 2 months. From then on, I built Digital Silk’s recruitment and retention strategies from the ground up. I built and led a team of 5 and handled the recruitment and organization of both Digital Silk and its sister company DesignRush. I acted as an advisor to the CEO when it came to having my hand on the company’s pulse, relaying the challenges Heads of Departments faced to the CEO, and coming up with solutions. Managed the department on a budget and grew an amazing team I am extremely proud of.
