I have to say I have been very fortunate to have learned several trades over the years from day to day tradesmen. I learned how to do things the right way and by code. Craftsmanship is still the #1 general standard those men go by. And Hardwork? I put in my fair share of labor intensive work days. And that ultimately provided a willful obedience to learn how to move up. I'm very resourceful and mindful of of policies and procedures. I understand the basics principles of vehicle and scheduled equipment maintenance.
