The main function as an Escalation Specialists is to use the core processes within the playbook of Chewy fullfilment centers and to alert the Inventory Control Manager if differences or changes in processes arise.

Responsibilities & Functions includes the following:

Analyzing the Oracle, Obtaining Permissions, Navigating Oracle, Resolvong a Task, Creating an Incident, Visibility of other ticket submissions, Requests come in the form of disposition types, Escalation, Tracking the Reports and Oracle Reporting.

An Oracle is a customer service driven ticketing system process thar captures and escalates request that serve both the customer and the organization.The Oracle platform standardizes the process of ticket handling and reposting to allow us to make better decisions for our customers. Requests filter through to fulfillment centers from external parties such as Customer Service, Vendor Compliance, Accounts Payable, Merchandising and Food Safety. The purpose of Oracle is to have one centralized platform for multiple groups and users to handle request. Each Oracle tickets has a due date on each type of requests and will allow the user to prioritize accordingly, some requests requires urgency such as Debundle and Expiration checks. There is an Escalation feature where managers all the way up to the VP of Operations will be notified if Service Level Agreement is breached by a certain number of hours. The SLA and Escalation Feature will help requests get prioritized and completed in a timely and efficient manner. Oracle SLA is a customer service experience metric tracked in the Dog Run and other reposting platform. The result of executing to Oracle SLA is retaining customers and recovering customer experience.

The primary user of Oracle are Escalation Specialists and Vendor Compliance Specialists which focused towards the Outbound & Inventory Control Escaltion Specialist to create task or resolve incidents. A task and incident are dependent on the point of view of who submits it. A task for an FC user will be a request that comes through the inbox that requires completion from an external party such as Customer Service and an incident is submitted by that external party.

Functions & Responsibilities:

To monitor Large Inventory Adjustment Transactions Research (LIAR's) that occur through the numerous processes and attempt to locate offsetting adjustments for those that have been made.

To help deep dive into various defects, processes and adjustments throughout the building.

To find an offsetting adjustments and root cause by finding the process behind an adjustment for any possible injection of defects, all while maintaining consistent and accurate research.

To solve LIAR's accurately and efficiently using standardized research procedures.

To create plans and partner with operations to implement new processes.

To Identify barriers that a Team Member may fce within their process path and evaluate plans to remove/solve these barriers or issues.

To locate offsets for all adjustments created.
