Over 30 years of progressively responsible as a team member and supervisor in Capital Projects, Contracts and Claims Management, between Canada and overseas, involving all facets of commercial commitments from start-up to close-out including proposal, procurement (AFP, RFQ, RFP, IFB, etc.), award, execution, drafting, negotiation, eManagement, and dispute resolution experience.

Expert knowledge of construction contract administration and claims management techniques and practices in a large multi project complex construction and infrastructure environment.
