Enter Steel (Enter Engineering) is a leading provider of engineering technology in oil and gas sector. Enter engineering supply and service the products used by customers in process industries, refineries, pharmaceuticals etc. They are leading provider of pressure vessels, API tanks, heat exchangers Distillation Column etc. Job Duties Detail weight calculation for all type of process equipments, pressure vessels, tanks,column, shell and tube type Heat exchangers etc. according to ASME section 8 Div.1 and TEMA standards.
Performing mechanical design calculation of pressure vessels, tanks and column as per ASME standard using Passat tool and PV Elite 25
(latest version).
FEA analysis for nozzles as per requirement of WRC and mechanical design calculation with FEA key like Nozzle Pro and Passat FEA tool license available.
Preparation of GA drawings of all type of vessels (static equipments) as per calculation (ASME section 8 Div.1 standard) using Auto Cad and SolidWorks tool.
Preparation of standard mechanical design excels sheets as per requirements in calculation as per ASME standards and mechanical datasheet.
Preparation of detail fabrication drawings for pressure vessel, receiver, tanks as per ASME standards as per requirement mentioned in mechanical datasheet.
Making of 3D models for complete assembly of vessel, column using solid works and compass tool as per requirement
