UST Health Proof Inc, October 2023 – September 2024 Role: Lead – Software Testing for Health care platform. Responsibilities:

Project Upgrades: Worked on yearly upgrades for multiple clients in Health Care platform. This includes upgrades of different environments (DEV/CONFIG/PREPROD) before the PROD upgrade for each client.

Compatibility: During each environment upgrade, if encountered any bugs, worked efficiently with the Vendor (Health Edge) and the DEV team to sort the glitch within the time frame. Also, worked with the Parallel/Regression testing team (offshore) to make sure that each interface is tested within the time frame.

Sales Force: Logged each bug with full description and screens shots in the vendor Sales Force which resulted in timely restoration of bugs. Been a major part in understanding the severity and prioritizing the bugs which helped in non-escalation with the clients.

JIRA: Timely reporting the progress of resolution of bugs in clients JIRA board.

Guiding Care Testing: Performed Guiding Care application testing during quarterly upgrades for multiple clients. This includes SIT, Appeals & Grievance and Utilization Management. Trained and guided offshore testing team to perform Guiding Care upgrade testing for multiple clients.
