As you’re reading through my resume you may be asking why I am a good candidate for this position. I worked for AT&T in management for 11 years where I became very familiar with Salesforce and which is the reason there isn’t more listed on my resume. Prior to my positions with AT&T, I have extensive experience being an Executive Administrative Assistant as well as the marketing director. I have worked for an awning company as their Executive Administrative Assistant to the President and Vice President of the company. I have worked in a clerical position with the State of Alaska, Workman’s Compensation Fraud investigations, for which I reported directly to the head of the department. During my position as an Assistant Manager for AT&T, I held the role of Store manager during all of 2020 in which I kept my employees safe the entire time, we were the only location that didn't close at all during COVID and no one in my store got sick during that time. During my time as an ASM/RSM I have had several instances in which I was part of many grievance processes, as well as pay-related issues that were addressed with the union on behalf of an employee. I have also worked through a strike and been an advocate for all my employees for fair pay and treatment. I am also the only person in my position that does the majority of hiring and on boarding. I recently graduated with an associate’s degree in cyber security and have been active with IT personally and professionally in most of my working career. I currently work at Global Credit Union and am considered the IT person due to my extensive knowledge of IT. I am quick to learn and would be a great asset to your organization. I would really like to be given the chance to show you that I am worth your time.
