Office Manager
I am the intermediary between clients, owner, and technicians via a multi-line phone, text, mail, and email. My primary responsibility is to make appointments and schedule driving routes based on distance, size of lawn, client’s needs, and then provide the technicians the time and details needed to do the job. Constant contact during maintenance hours is supported via phone, and text. During the spring I’m required to fill out backflow test forms, scan those, and email them to the appropriate authorities. I’m responsible for the maintenance of clients’ accounts, mailing invoices, and other duties as assigned. I keep a clean, organized office. Hindsite software, Microsoft Office, hard copy maps, and Google maps are utilized.
