I have 0-3 years of experience working with a focus on client assessment and case management. During my time in this role, I have obtained a great deal of knowledge and understanding of client needs, while also developing strong problem-solving and communications skills. I have managed a caseload of 35 clients, and adept monitoring cases to ensure successful outcomes. I'm proficient in C.A.R.E.S., interpersonal communication,verbal and written skills.
