KEY QUALIFICATIONS AND RESPONSBILITIES:
Mr. Garee is an effective, Professional Construction Safety Manager C.H.S.T. experienced in all phases of construction, design, abatement, & demolition. He has excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both orally and written, with additional training in OSHA 500, OSHA 30, HAZ-MAT 40, CPR, First Responder, CDL-A, rough terrain, demountable, hardwheel forklift, scaffold inspection cert. benching, shoring, trenching, and PPE.
As SSHO, Mr. Garee will be located onsite and monitors all aspects of the Safety Program including accident investigations; safety training; site audits; equipment inspections; corporate reporting, Infection control/Risk assessments and OSHA compliance. Mr. Garee reviews elements of Life Safety and ensures all personnel on-site have a safe working environment at all times. He reviews AHA's, safety manuals/plans, and coordinates with other competent persons regarding issues of safety. In addition to managing these safety plans and procedures, Mr. Garee trains crews in safety procedures and provides periodic reports to upper management. It is the responsibility of Mr. Garee to follow the Corporate Safety Plan while following solicitation requirements to maintain appropriate safety standards in compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
