Co-ordination : Internal communication/representation for SCM prospective at project platform level.

Gate review: Effectively maintain Phase Gate time line for new project SOP through co-ordination with Prog. Mgmt.

Sign-off: Phase wise signoff document preparation with prog. Mgmt.-for SCM deliverable.

Negotiation: Time line negotiation with supplier, Deviation, testing plan negotiation with Internal Quality/ Engineering.

Supplier Network Coordination: Supplier along with ALSTOM SPQD & ALSTOM Engineering.

Review : Periodic review with supplier / CFT for welding fixture, Tool,, parts development

Forecast alert : Giving early stage alert to project for upcoming failure mode (development/delivery)
