SOKU Flowstation – AG Operations (5MMscf/d and 4kbopd net crude oil) 2010Feb 2009 – Feb 2017

Highlights:

• Supervision of work of project worksite for Implementation of engineering designs and upgrade of Soku flow station. (Mechanical, Electrical and Process Automation/Control)

•Operated Soku process plant and supervised work activities by ensuring safe production through proactive monitoring, effective line work, proper isolation, depressurization, reinstatement, effective documentation, management of change, asset integrity, daily Process safety fundamental (PSF) discussions (daily refresher and reminder on process safety) and good hand over process.

•Process safety/ zero overdue MOC/ zero overdue deviations/Asset integrity.: -Zero operational leak- Zero LTI within the plant process area.

• Supported asset mgt support & process safety specialist on the collation of information for soku GP cumulative risk assessment (CRA) to make our asset always safe

Reduction in gas flaring

• Ensured production reports are entered in Energy component (EC) and conduct daily QA/QC. Consistently ensured routine monthly well test results are screened to ensure correctness and transferred to EC via field ware well test (FWWT).

•HAZOP workshop of soku produced water disposal project,2018 (including issues of drains on vendor package skid with regards to PSF No1 -Always two barriers for hydrocarbon and chemical drains & vent and operability issue), Routing of LP NAG inlet separator gas outlet line to AG2 compression header HAZOP and soku NAG compression project2 (SNC2) HAZOP.

•HAZOP workshop for Soku condensate spiking project and implementation of project engineering outcomes

•Supervised & collaborated with the team members on 2017 shutdown plan for mechanical isolation, depressurization and de-isolation for Gbaran EGGS-2 pipe line leak repair and Soku produced water disposal project tie-in.

• Supervised Soku produced water disposal project- mechanical completion, identification of issues for punch list & follow up for close out, control loop issues, instrument ranges and units of measurement issues, line work and line-up with CSU personnel in preparation of safe start-up and test run of the package.

• Consistently & actively used MIE SAP in work planning and execution. ensured quality SAP notifications, prepare operations SAP works, carried out SAP work confirmation after execution of the job and ensure M3 reports were done per each work confirmed.

• Deployment of ORIP tool (now MTO/FIT4) as part of asset management system (AMS) to manage threats (issues) and opportunities to improve performance and enhance delivery which is direct contribution to business goals and business performance improvement.

• Consistently involved in SOPs reviews and preparation of new SOPs for the soku facility to ensure our operations are standardized, documented and up to date.

• Front-Line Barrier Management (FLBM) Assurance process (Skill and Knowledge elements) assessments. This has helped me to implement and maintain barriers to major accident risks are operationally and technically skilled to safely perform these roles and identify gaps for closure where they exist.

• Functioned as Asset Holder Site Supervisor during PVRV Turnaround. Effective supervision ensured shutdown was completed in a revised window of 2 days as against 5 days, leading to significant cost savings.

• Soku flow station open up post trunkline repair/re-routing to new 10’’ Soku-San Barth export line commissioning.

• Functioned as Soku flow station Ops supervisor producing net of 4Bopd barrels with zero LTI amid operational challenges.

• Gas plant ops and appreciation of SIL classification (SIL-4) and meter loop proving (SOKU)

• Carried out daily FLM checks on pumps, PD meters, well inlet manifolds, pressure vessels, compressors and control valves. Ensured well test and sampling were 100% met.

Cawthorne Channel Field- Cawthorne 1, 2, 3, FS & AGGs (75kbopd & 60Mmscf/d)

• Turn Around management: shutdown manager for PVRV statutory inspection at Cawthorne Channel field Flow stations, using the global model. AAR (After Action Review) was done to capture learning points for future shutdowns in the district.

• Management of SCE revamp: Service water installation. Implemented & cascaded a contingency emergency plan to Ops & contractor personnel to manage unavailability of hydrant water. Ensured timely execution to limit exposure.

• Technical safety: I provided Operations and maintenance input to the 5-yearly facilities HAZOP review. Review is a key process safety assurance exercise to assure Asset Integrity and Process Safety

• Demonstrated commitment to HSE by bringing specific improvement to PCF on Extended Period Isolations, EPI.

• Ensured my reports sustained MIE and IA calculative assessments at CawC district by (a) continually aging work order and tracking lifecycle report and (b) Achievement of 98% Corrective/Preventive Maintenance compliance.
