Project Title: Application Maintenance and support

Daily activities

• Resolve technical issues related to the area of BASIS for all included systems

• Respond to monitoring alerts which comes in the form of mail, or any other adopted methods

• Monitor and respond to tickets within the SLA that is reported through the ticketing tools.

• Conduct systems checks at the beginning of shifts

• Resolve issues related to DR / Standby systems

• Involve in the resolution of issues reported through high priority tickets

• Monitor and report of production database backups

• Manage the shift take over / hand over
