*Regular Inspections*: Conduct routine visual inspections of the shelter's exterior and interior to identify any signs of damage, wear and tear, or environmental factors that could affect the equipment.
. *Environmental Control*: Ensure that the shelter's temperature, humidity, and ventilation systems are functioning properly to protect the sensitive fiber optic equipment from adverse conditions.
Cleaning*: Keep the shelter clean to prevent dust, debris, and contaminants from affecting the equipment. Regularly clean equipment racks, cable trays, and any exposed surfaces.

*Equipment Checks*: Regularly monitor and test the equipment inside the shelter to ensure it's functioning optimally. This may involve checking power supplies, backup batteries, switches, routers, and other network components.
*Security Measures*: Make sure the shelter is secure from unauthorized access. This might involve locks, access controls, security cameras, and intrusion detection systems.
*Backup Power*: Check and maintain backup power sources, such as generators or batteries, to ensure continuous operation during power outages

Responsible to handle: Zone Planning coordination talks and scheduling with operations manager, Installation works, Organizing the cable laying, pulling with the junior technicians, Configuration works, Testing Commissioning,Troubleshooting works
, Fault locating, Fault repair, Operations and maintenance works.
Responsible for overlooking and verifying the tasks given to Junior
Responsible for reporting the progress of the current date works and responsible to plan a coordinate the next day zone and work schedule, with the Operations Manager.

Cable Splicing and Termination*: Perform splicing and termination of fiber optic cables as needed, ensuring accurate connections and minimal signal loss.

Cable Locating*: Use cable locating equipment to identify the exact location of buried fiber optic cables, making it easier to access and repair them.
Emergency Response*: Respond promptly to network outages or disruptions, troubleshoot the issue, and restore services quickly to minimize downtime.
Equipment Maintenance*: Maintain and inspect outdoor fiber optic equipment such as splice closures, distribution boxes, and pedestals. Replace or repair damaged equipment as needed.

I have worked on and mastered to handled the below responsibilities on the following Networks: ISP Network and OSP Network.
Responsible to handle: CAT-5, CAT-6 Connection works as per given assignment, Organizing the Fiber Optic Cable FOC cable laying, pulling, splicing with the team of technicians, WiFi Router Installation, Configuration, Troubleshooting works, Fault locating, and Fault repair.
Responsible for reporting the progress of the current date works and responsible plan a coordinate the next day zone and work schedule, with the Operations Manager.
CCTV Installation*: Install CCTV cameras at strategic locations within the facility to monitor and record activities. Plan camera placement for optimal coverage and security.
Cabling for CCTV*: Run and terminate coaxial cables, Ethernet cables, or fiber optic cables (if applicable) to connect CCTV cameras to the central monitoring system or recording devices.
Camera Setup*: Configure CCTV cameras with the appropriate settings, including resolution, frame rate, and motion detection parameters.
