SUPPORT Act Suspension of Non-MAGI Medi-Cal for the Incarcerated

The focus of this project was CalWIN (CalWORKS Information Network) Application to be modified to coordinate Medicaid/MEDS changes and automate reporting of incarceration to Medicaid/MEDS.

SB 65 - CALWORKS GUIDANCE FOR PREGNANT RECIPIENTS

This project was centered on the Implementation of the new Regulation in CalWORKS Information Network Employment Services (ES) exemption process determination for a Pregnant adult exempt from Welfare to Work (WTW) participation.

CALSAWS CUTOVER - OCAT ASR (Appraisal Summary Recommendations) and Access & Contact CalWIN MIGRATION

Data Migration project to extract Access & Contact CalWIN to CalSAWS AWS Connect and OCAT ASR from the CalWORKS Information Network database, add metadata, and upload to the specified CalSAWS S3 bucket.

FRAUD CASE IDENTIFICATION AND MARKING IN CALWIN FOR CONVERSION

Created Business Process Model (BPM) and extensively Gathered Business Requirements from stakeholders by adopting various requirement elicitation techniques such as Interviews, JAD sessions, brainstorming, email chains, requirement workshops to attain clarity on system specifications and expected final product from end users.

Liaised with business units and interfaced with stakeholders to prioritize requirements based on business needs in ServiceNow, detailed user stories to be approved for sprint & release plans, maintained requirements traceability in ServiceNow SDLC module.

Created BRD, FBR, SRS, low-fidelity Wireframes, and high-fidelity Mockups to visualize UX/UI of impacted windows, worked with the technical lead to create technical system design (TSD) and provided detailed documentation.
