When I came on board I was given a $300,000 retrofit project to manage the replacement of 22 Irrigation controllers throughout Chevron’s world headquarters from demolition to installation of new High-Tech controllers. This project was completed ahead of schedule and under budget.
My responsibilities were to manage and train my subordinates, perform necessary repairs and maintenance on C&D commercial accounts. Duties included scheduling work, managing cost of repairs and personnel to complete the repairs with in budgeted time and cost. Duties also included diagnosis and estimating cost of repairs. I was responsible for the maintenance on large commercial sites throughout the Bay Area.
