Thoroughly researched a specific topic revolved around marketing and consumer behavior. My team and I formatted a detailed-oriented report and presentation to convey our results with our classmates and drove an informative discussion based on our takeaways.
Participated in a Business Simulation Game (BSG) in Capstone and came in 1St place with my team (8 teams). Competed against class members to bring in ROI and EPS.

Participated in the use of the system software to make accurate and efficient decisions. I use a tool called “Store Within A Store” to manage the sales floor, and I have began learning how to use the “Feature Ordering Tool” to begin to order specific products for the store.
Contributed to store layout and design to maximize product visibility and revenue. I work on this everyday to drive sales. Since joining as a team lead, our sales have been up 10%-20% a day, and we have super-maxed our bonus (based on revenue) each quarter thus far.
