Material selection and preparing BOM.

To make design optimization & cost - effective methods on products.

To design support of manufacturing & analysis of new products and proto development

To modify the design based on tooling feedback & supplier suggestion.

Reviewing & validating the drawing.

Managing the drawing and design in SAP & WINDCHILL.

Supporting inspection and testing for fixture development.

To prepare the design input sheet, design calculation and DFMEA sheet for design review.
