Responsible for initial review of loan application input from Home Mortgage Consultant (HMC), to include accurate borrower information, credit report review, employment/income review, hazard insurance and flood if required, and approved settlement/closing agent.
Ensure all conditions needed based on loan decision findings to obtain loan approval from application to final loan approval.
Complete welcome call with borrower to introduce roles and responsibilities of loan processor and request any additional documents required for complete loan package prior to underwriter review.
Notify borrower of loan approval and complete regular follow-ups with borrower, settlement agent and sales.
Upon final loan approval, notify borrower and submit loan package to mortgage loan closer for preparation of closing package and schedule closing.
