Attend to the needs of consumers, stock, and clean were my basic duties that worked well. When the GM went on Paternity Leave the Assistant started messing with the schedule. At multiple accessions I mentioned and requested changes to new schedule do to it interfering with my school schedule. At the end the prospects of bettering myself is more important than the wage they offered.

I worked as direct care staff, direct support lead, site supervisor, and residential manager. My task included scheduling, budgeting, creating recreation calendars, task setting, running and setting medical appointments, training, and house duties including safe handling of behaviors. Documentations was also a very large part of my responsibilities.

My current GPA is a 2.78 and my graduation is scheduled for Spring of 2024. My goals consist of becoming a member of the Leadership Academy and earning a Global Workforce Certificate.
MILITARY
I served in the US Army from November 2001-April 2004 with the MOS 75H Human Resource Specialist. With-in 13 months of reaching my duty station I went from a E-1 private to a E-4 Specialist. Received specialized training in building maintenance, safe driving, and was tasked with leading the bases Recycling efforts.
