I earlier worked as technical assistance Gambella Agricultural Tanning Vocational Education Technique College Technical. Also I worked as case Graduate Lecture in Gambella University. Currently, I am working with Gambella university Lecturer. My role covers teaching-learning activities and community service. I have a BSc degree in soil and water engineering and MSc degree in irrigation and drainage engineering. I have attended on job trainings of project management, leadership and governance on national and international level so that it helped me to know natural resource management and environmental issues of Ethiopia.

Under my current position as lecturer in Gambella university, I have played the role in supervising, research and community service and coordinating office and field based programs. This has enabled me to obtain lots of knowledge of program management and values of working with various stakeholders.
