Reporting to the Human Resource Manager, mainly responsible for all clinical and non-clinical recruitment and selection.

Tasks Performed as follows,

Support heads of department and line manager to implement human resource policies and ensure compliance though involvement in departmental meetings and human resource information sessions.

Managed to recruit over 200 staff from different departments both clinical and non-clinical through effective planning which includes development of specific job descriptions, interviews, reference check and primary source verification of education credentials.
