I work with elementary and middle school students teaching them primarily reading and math and I also prepare them for major tests like the SSAT or ISEE. Also, I tutor adults is ESL.

Manager

Mountbattenhouse - Highlands, TX - September 2012 to October 2013

Responsibilities

I managed employees and residents in a 25 bed Assisted Living facility. I oversaw all maintenance, took care of all hiring, advertising, and marketing.

Accomplishments

I feel I did a good job in this position interfacing with residents, staff and the owners, as well as making improvements to the house.

Responsibilities

I worked at various elementary and middle school public schools in HISD from 1992 to 1999, but at HP. Carter from 1999 to approx 2010. I taught Special Ed. and regular education, Reading and English and ESL though I also taught Math and Science too.

Accomplishments

I worked at this Alternative school with very difficult children and I like to think I had a positive impact on their lives. I was never involved in a physical or verbal altercation with a student and had very good classroom management.
