Duties & Responsibilities:

Preparations of Lab blends.

Testing raw materials (Base oil & Additives).

Testing finish products and Lab blends.

Collecting filling line and Base oil samples.

Keep all retention samples properly (raw materials, finish products and filling line)

Keep the lab neat and clean condition.

Preparation of TBN and TAN solvents

Making proper entries of Incoming and outgoing samples.

Microsoft application skills.

Glassware cleanings.

Ensure safety in all activities.

Weigh or measure materials, ingredients, and products to ensure conformance to requirements.

Having good knowledge of filling line machines.

Do Quality check for cans and cartons also Drop test for cans.

Test samples of materials or products to ensure compliance with specifications, using test equipment.

Observe production and monitor equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.

Stop mixing or blending machines when specified product qualities are obtained.

Collect samples of materials or products for laboratory testing.

Add or mix chemicals and ingredients for processing, using hand tools or other devices.

Examine materials, ingredients, or products visually or with hands, in order to ensure conformance to established standards.

Record operational and production data on specified forms.

Daily and Weekly instrument verification with CRM and Internal Standards.

Filling line samples testing

Keep all testing records – Raw Materials (Base Oils & Additives), Finished goods.

Review Sales Order

R & D and Formulations & new products development

Relends blend correction to reduce by using lab blends.

Reduce quality complaint by proper QC testing to ensure product as per customer/ international specs

Develop schedule of calibration & service for Lab instrument and follow it. TECHNICAL SKILLS:
