Recently Un-retired: September 2022.

I retired in March 2007 from Chevron in Houston TX. Since November 2016, my wife Sandy and I have lived at Eagle's Trace, a senior retirement community in West Houston. I have decided to re-enter the workplace to add meaning and challenge to my life and to add to our retirement income. I am fully COVID vaccinated with 3 booster shots. I am 75 years old with sound health and a good memory. During my engineering career from September 1974 through March 2007, I worked in the Oil and Gas industry as a Registered Professional Engineer (PE) and Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) Specialist:

• From December 2002 to March 2007 - HSE Coordinator for a deepwater project.

• From summer 1998 to December 2002 - Rotational HSE Manager in Kazakhstan.

• From March 1991 to summer 1998 - HSE Auditor and upstream HSE Coordinator.

• From summer 1983 to March 1991- Consulting HSE Engineer in private practice.

• From summer 1981 to summer 1983 - Environmental Supervisor small oil company.

• From summer 1977 to summer 1981 - HSE Manager plastics plant.

• From September 1974 to summer 1977 - Process Engineer petroleum refinery. Coming out of retirement, I decided that I wanted to do something new. In July 2022 I obtained a Life, Accident, Health and HMO insurance license in the State of Texas. I specialize in selling health insurance: Medicare and Affordable Care Act (ACA) policies. While I enjoy being a sole proprietor and working for myself, I prefer to be part of a team and to add value to an organization. I also realize that I am not a normal candidate. I’m 75 years old and I have been retired for over 15 years. I don’t need normal employee benefits. I desire to apply my new health insurance knowledge and utilize my extensive experience in a unique way for a forward-thinking organization. In the right organization, my contribution could be significant.
