In collaboration with school leadership and classroom teacher, drive the execution of service delivery for students with a variety of disabilities and individual educational plans (IEPs). Implement and carry out education plans, behavior plans, behavior strategies, and assist with the implementation of school procedures for students with behavioral needs.

Created a life skills curriculum to promote independence in daily lives and provide social skills training in small groups and on an individual basis.
