Managed parts of a ~$10M dollar project to analyze vibrations in a new reactor and the required reports for the NRC and managed financial progress through Earned Value Management. completed the structural and fluids analyses required for an Extended Power Uprate. Led the financial tracking and forecasting for Windsor Fuel Engineering Dept. ASEA Brown Bovery, Windsor, CT 1990 to 2000

Project Manager

Successfully managed the reload fuel analysis for PWRs and BWRs for on-time start up and completed the required Safety Analysis reports for submittal to the NRC. Successfully transferred the reload technology to several nuclear utilities providing them the capability to perform analyses in-house.

Successfully completed two DOE programs to improve nuclear fuel utilization ($6M total), involving poolside inspections and resulting in nuclear fuel design improvements. Developed the software required for acquisition of nuclear data available from government labs and developed interface modules to connect various government computer codes to existing company computer programs.
