- Assist a diverse population of clientele in scheduling services such as massages, facials,

manicures/pedicures, hair appointments, fitness needs for individuals and large groups using a

spa/salon software system for reservations.

- Call and remind guests of scheduled services

- Greet and escort guests for an introductory tour of the fitness center equipped with state of the

art Technogym bicycles, treadmills, ellipticals and Peloton bikes, kettle ball dumbbells, medicine

balls, weight lifting benches, yoga mats and stretch bands as well as tour of men’s/women’s

locker room facilities, hair salon and therapy rooms

- Respond to individual or group requests or inquiries and anticipate their needs

- Update daily checklists and adjusts reservations and cancellation lists throughout the day

- Update therapy providers of last-minute adjustments and modifications of their clients

appointments and resolve scheduling issues

- Checks in guest for their scheduled appointments, verify their first and last name, room number

or non-hotel status and provide a general spa orientation to guests upon arrival

-Checks in guest for their fitness needs and scheduled personal training appointment

- Expedite for the maintenance of the fitness and locker room facilities

-trained to take whirlpool chlorine and ph balance levels

- Assist, promote and upsell guests spa/salon services and spa products

- Maintain account receivable, prove out end of day receipts and ensure accuracy of bank total,

make daily bank deposits and ensure safety of the bank all day

- Conduct/Attend staff meetings, participate in the input of the daily agendas, go over health and

safety checklist, adhere to company policy and procedure of the department and hotel protocols

- Reports and notify Engineering department of repairs and maintenance needs

- Reports any accidents, injuries, any issues of unsafe working conditions to the

Manager/Security

- Collaborate with Room Service of guests requests for food and/or beverage orders or special

requests

- Contact Room Service department for table pick up from guests dining experience

- Maintain excellent composure and professionalism even under pressure

- Maintain guest confidentiality at all times

- Speak to colleagues throughout the day and maintain peaceful and positive working

relationships and always observe proper etiquette

- Open/close the facilities and maintain overall cleanliness and upkeep workstations

- Assist Manager of the weekly staff scheduling

- Trained new employees for two weeks including a whole tour of the entire hotel outlets

- Maintains a healthy relationship with other departments throughout the entire hotel
