● In my current role I manage a group of 18 associates in my home office and also travel to offices in our surrounding territory to provide training, implement new management protocols and assist with Profit and Loss adherence strategy.
● I am able to strengthen and position our offices for success by succession planning, leadership development, employee relations and recruiting.
● I have successfully led our area market into our second fiscal year of success, achieving all KPI indicator marks and surpassing our sales performance goal.

● In this role I managed a cross functional team of 10 employees including Lab operations, retail department and Optometric operations including recruiting and training technical staff.
● I implemented a new set of processes to reduce inventory shrink by re merchandising the lay out of brands by priority value.

● I increased revenue by enforcing land lord rights on delinquent tenants and marketing the property to eliminate lengthy vacancies.
