Make 1piece toilets, meaning the tank is actually combined with the bowl instead of being a separate piece. Having to do 180 steps per bowl at 100% (12 bowls) a day and follow a chart of steps and when to do them and when time to do heavy lifting you and your casting partner help each other rolling over molds and unloading ware to do dry nish on prior days ware. Actually working on 3 days worth of ware before they go to the inspections and Kiln area for glazing.
