ANGELA ROBERTS

Sales Management

Retail Sales Associate

Experience: 2 years Sales Associate

* ***** ***** *******

An energetic Sales professional with 4 years of experience in sales and 2 years of experience in sales management. I love all things beauty. In my spare time, I try to understand how different components interact. Priority one in the selling process is understanding the product you are offering. Listening to your client is also key to creating a lasting relationship with them. When working the sales floor, you add to the ambiance of the store. Our goal is to create a captivating experience for each customer. relying on my company's core competencies to make quick leadership decisions. I loved thinking of methods to make work and learning enjoyable when I was a sales manager. I made games that our employees could play during downtime. Building product baskets for fictitious customer requests would allow the associates to learn about various products from one another. This also helped me nurture our store culture. I use my positive influence at Cashwrap to make working there exciting and relaxing for both employees and consumers. My favorite aspect of my sales profession was expanding employees' product understanding.

I want to use my other fantastic skills and advance my career. I function best under deadline pressure. I dislike being idle. I enjoy conducting research and using computers. I possess an analytical mind and a knowledge Rolodex. knowledge of call centers and data entry. I understand how to manage a budget. Event planning in the beauty sector for two years. I enjoy producing creative solutions to issues. Both by myself and in a group, I am productive and become invested in my task at hand. I derive value from my work.

I started working at Amsher Collections when I was 20 years old. I spoke with medical debtors for eight hours. Many of them believed their insurance had been filed . While working in accounts receivable, I noticed a significant number of accounts being thrown into an unreviewed report. I went to speak to my boss and asked him about the code. He gave me the go-ahead to investigate the records and see what I could come up with. I closed my first account with an insurance payment in less than six weeks.

This trip down memory lane is intended to show how committed I am to the task at hand. My ability to spot a problem and use my passion to find a solution.

I researched insurance accounts and procured large insurance payouts for the company. The company developed a commission system for Insurance follow-up accounts. This account code had not been reviewed in years. I took an interest in the report and created a way to work thru the accounts. The company created a department to work on the accounts, all because I saw an issue and needed to find a solution. I love learning new things just as much as I love looking for solutions.

Wherever I am, I am easily coached. I enjoy fixing issues, even my own. Through my own experiences as an entry-level associate, I have gained an understanding of what it takes to be a leader. I believe it is challenging for a leader to lead from the back . The most important lesson I've learned in my job so far is to never ask a colleague to do something you aren't willing to undertake yourself. When your leading people within stressful situations they only want to know you have their back. Sometimes your presence is the boost of confidence they need. I believe in community and lifting each other up.

Exceeding my goals drives me to be better. Always Improving.

I have grown in my roll and a thankful for the coaching opportunities I was given. I need more right now in my life because of where I am. I require greater difficulties and opportunity for development. I am desperate to advance my career. I need greater dexterity in my work so I can highlight the diverse skills I have.

I have grown over the years, It is time for my career to catch up.
