Roles

• Sr.Document Controller

Responsibilities:

• Organize all the files in fast/quick traceable manner to retrieve files as requested by employees and clients.

• Scan and copy all the documents received and outgoing for easy retrieval.

• Manage electronic document management system as well as hard copy records on as per company standard.

• Distribute documents to relevant parties in accordance with the document distribution matrix workflow /Quality plan.

• Preparing the Material Request and Retrieve the LPO from Online System once approved from concern dept.

• Print the approved drawings and stamp the controlled copy prior filing/scanning the drawings.

• Update all the documents in the Share-point/ electronic portal once submittal status is received.

• Typing the Correspondences and reply for originating letters as per project head instructions.

• Update all logs manually in excel and send the same for planning dept. for the weekly and Monthly progress report. Page 2 of 4

• Sticking the progress photos on the meeting room/presentation slide for weekly meeting/kick-off.

• Preparing outgoing transmittals for all reviewed /approved document and drawing submittals and send them to concerned or originating and update the logs.

• Distributing the Submittal received from Consultant/Client via SharePoint to internal team.

• Verify retention requirements, arranges document, packing and long-term storage or disposal of appropriate documents at time of closeout. Manages scheduled destruction of archived documents according to company and Client guidelines; provides assistance with document retrieval.

• Arranging the material samples in Sample room in easy traceable manner with layout with trade disciplines.

• Review the Progress weekly dashboard (KPI)/monthly report prior submitting to Consultant/client for approval. EARLY EXPERIENCE
