Eliminated costly project backlog for Shea, completing construction of 150 homes within one year. Recruited to tackle backlog of homes in production. Organized teams into multiple divisions, assigned them to various phases of construction and oversaw operation. Led teams to rapid completion, won three “Construction Team of the Month” awards and saved company from projected multi million dollar loss.

Resolved potentially disastrous customer problems for Shea, improving product quality by 80%. Selected by company to investigate problem with drywall installation. Researched cause and effect of corner bead drywall settling cracks. Designed and implemented new method of framing, eliminating drywall cracking and reducing customer complaints. Saved company hundreds of thousands of dollars in future repairs and significantly improved Shea’s CSI.

Eliminated huge backlog of delinquent customer service requests, improving customer satisfaction for UDC. Assigned to direct evaluation, assessment and completion of delinquent homeowner repair and service requests. Organized complaints in order of delinquency, contacted homeowners individually and scheduled repairs as needed. Eliminated 100+ backlog within two months, improving customer relations and promoting future sales.

Rescued Presidential Custom Homes, a $6M company, from large deficit and potential closure. In 2001, company had multiple spec homes that were not selling. Created business plan, implementing sales and marketing strategy by catering open house functions and providing shuttles to the homes for top area realtors and guests. Spurred strong consumer interest, fostering sales boost that was needed to turn company around.
