A. HVAC

- AC Washing Maintenance (PM/CM) AC Split, Floor Standing, FCU, Split Duck, Chiller

York, Trane, Etc

- Check current and voltage

- Checking the freon / refrigerant R22, R410, R32, R407

- Take apart - install the air conditioner

- AC compressor checks

- AC pipe welding, etc

B. ELECTRICAL

- Panel Checking

- Repair panel / weak breaker, etc

- Repair of sockets, switches, TL-lamps, fluorescent

- Check voltage, electric current, etc

- Check the genset panel room and PLN

- Caterpillar 1000 KVA generator set operators

- Checking diesel, oil, batteries, etc

- Change generator oil and check the water

- Checking the 3 phase Groundfos brand water pump

- Check supply pump, etc

C. BOILER

- Checking the groundfos 3 phase inlet pump

- Turn on the boiler / operator
