I’ve worked at Data Label Inc for 15 years I have been a production supervisor for 7 years I start my work day early 6:00-4:30 pm weekdays would love to stay on daytime hours I have around 20 people that I supervise I start with picking up my schedule of jobs that need done for that day I make a list of which employees will fit best on which press I make labels for the products that they will be inspecting and boxes i over see these jobs and inspect them for quality products and prepaid them to go to shipping to be sent out I work with around 60 people I’m family oriented but I do not have any young children at home my hours are flexible but prefer day shift possibly 3rd shift depends on the hours and job I’m also responsible for employees production and making sure they have the materials they need for every job making sure breaks and lunch times are taken when they are due not before or after I’m quality control if it doesn’t pass my inspection it doesn’t go out until it does I’m personable and easily work with different people of all age groups I have an open mind and always willing to learn new things I’m responsible and a hard worker who shows up every day
