I answered the phone as a Marketing Support Advisor for General Motors, which is under the Teleperformance "umbrella". I would help customers with their questions and concerns. I would help them locate the vehicle of their choice and call the dealership to confirm they had the vehicle and then I would transfer the customer to the dealer to complete the transaction. I would give information on certain vehicles or help customers with the online ordering process. Filed paperwork from completed classes in the files of the inmate and I would do this in the Records Dept. I filed certificates, correspondence between lawyer and inmate, correspondence between Case Worker and inmate, etc. I answered the phone as the assistant to the Programs Director and took messages when she wasn't in the office.
