Nine years of experience from working with military as interpreter and for INERNEWS/Pilgrims as operation manager enabled me to establish an extensive network covering Afghanistan and can access- or facilitate access to any part of the country. Management of national risk management team consisting of sixteen personnel including Watch Keepers, AV drivers, and Escorts.

Ensures all policies and procedures are effectively communicated and respected within the respective office.
HR management of the PILGRIMS project team based in InterNews Compound.
