In addition to my supportive and administrative role, I also assisted in the Claims Department reviewing and coding claims and submitting for payment. I supervised the administrative staff of NOS, facilitating meets, notes, position papers, etc. In preparation for the reduction in staff, I also worked closely with HR (job descriptions writing, flow charts, etc.).
