3 Responsibleforthetimelyadvertisement/notificationanddisplayofplanned workpermits,expired permits,suspended/canceled permitsandactive permitsinthedesignatedarea.

4 MaintainsandconductsregistrationofPTW documentsastoPTW blank form issuance,specificofrecipient’sname,date,purposeofissuanceand controledserialnumber;invalidatedPTW specificofresponsiblesignatories andvaliditydates;ClosedoutPTW specificofsignoffcompliance. 5 PreparesandsubmitsthePTW registrationanddailyactivityreporttothe PTW Coordinatoronadailybasis.
