Additional Information I am a member of Ethiopian Society of Mechanical Engineers. In Mugher Cement Factory, I had prepared different learning modules for cement technology institute and conducted training. In Djibouti, Ali-Sabeh Cement Factory, I conducted Training for maintenance staffs together with WoodLand consulting Firm. I had attended various training, seminars, conferences, and workshops programs locally and internationally and have got different certificates at different times. I had also organized and provided number of trainings for my department employees on various but specific process and construction equipment maintenance activities and management in Mugher Cement Factory. Since October 2017, I am serving Oromo Community of Switzerland as an executive secretary free of any payment. It is a society association established in 2008 and registered under society act of Switzerland by Oromo immigrants. The purpose of the community, including but not limited to raise awareness of human rights violations, promote Oromo culture and language, share cultural experiences with other Swiss people within the framework of multiculturalism and foster mutual understanding.
