Estimate the detail bill of quantities as per specification, design/contract drawings.
Cost control and resource management to keep project within budget and timeline.
To keep the projects on track, maintaining perfect coordination with client, consultant, management, procurement, site, and safety departments.
Maintaining effective coordination with Architects, MEP system throughout the tenure of the project.
Excellent exposure in planning & executing end to end design projects by monitoring the overall functioning of processes, identifying improvement areas & implementing adequate measures to minimize errors.
Extensive experience in managing the entire construction of the project work right from schematic design, design built, authority approval, material handling, quality and site planning, site inspection.
Strategically planning & controlling all project activities related with safe and efficient operations; implementing quality standards for meeting the set targets within time & cost parameters.
Conduct daily review meetings regarding progress of the work.
Conducting regular job site inspections & assist in the quality and safety audit.
Identify and highlight possible risk on the project.
Process order in accordance with the established procedures for materials, bought out items, labor and site equipment.
Manage the construction work with the local authorities, consultants and sub-contractor.
Arrangement of manpower and guide the execution team (Skilled and Unskilled) on all matter-technical and administrative in achieving the set goal-progress, economical completion with quality.
Provide resources to the execution team for the allotted task and given target.
Evaluate the time taken for the task and try to reduce the time for same task further.
