JOB SUMMARY (present)

• Monitoring and controlling team members and give proper guidance on proper time to develop team member’s carrier which can help to achieve the Project goals.

• Monitoring the update records and make sure quality meta-data in the client’s document management system.

• Control and update the master record

• Coordinate all activities related to the Document Control procedure, including technical documents, drawings, and commercial correspondence.

• I am responsible for the effective and efficient document control of all engineering documents, in accordance with the established procedures.

• Design and development of advanced project document control system

• I am responsible for maintenance and continual improvement of Document Control Management System Monitor the document control requirements. JOB SUMMARY (Previous Projects)

• Monitoring and Maintaining with Online Document Management through PCM

• Effectively follow the Company’s standard operating procedures in submission of Documents, Standard Document submissions must take.

• Receiving, dispatching and filling of all technical and non-technical documents.

• Reviewed document send back to contractors Consultant and forward to client/project management if required.

• Create, Organize and maintain all project related files, Records, Drawings and Correspondence with complete suitable archiving electronically in Aconex and hard copy.

• Receive Drawings, Letters and other Documents from various agencies with proper acknowledgement stamps and distributing them among various departments and agencies as per Director’s / Project Manager’s instructions.

• Ensure all Documents have no errors in filenames, submissions, etc before submitting it to the nest department to avoid confusion.

• General Document Control activities such as Photocopying, Printing, Scanning, quality checking of metadata and documents.

• Coordinate and follow-up with all the Client, Contractors, Consultants / Project Managements, Sub-Contractors and our internal site teams for the latest information.

• Uploading, Registering and distributing all incoming Mails/Drawings/Documents through the Document Management Control system.

• Coordinate all activities related to the Document Control Procedure, including Technical Documents, Drawings and Commercial Correspondence.

• Maintain the documents and the drawings in the Document Control office under safe custody without any damage or deterioration with easy traceability.

• Ensure all the Documentation accurately reflects the status of changes and outstanding issues by posting changes to computerized or manual control records as requested and maintain related files.

• Keep creating and updating document Control numbering system.

• Generate the various Document Control report and list as required.

• Assisting Management staff in all day to day activities. Page 4 of 4
