Defines, implements, assesses, and acts upon metrics to manage assigned projects related to commercial operations from initiation to close out

I Work on complete lifecycle and development of Project execution process including on-time delivery of high quality solutions & proposals aligned with internal customer requirement and business profitability / risk profiles;- request for proposal generation, bid planning, risk reviews, solution estimates & pricing, deal analytics / reviews, 3rd party coordination & negotiations, documentation, selection, execution and delivery

Communicates to internal/external stakeholders, such as Manager(s), Contractors, and/or Operations Department on project statuses

Develops and monitors project timelines, budgets, identifies areas of concerns and risks. Creates, presents, and enacts possible solutions

Prepares tenders documents (inclusive of exhibits for projects, cost plan, contract terms with General Contractors, timeline, etc.) for bids and administers contract requirements

Prepares weekly/monthly project status and operations report. Reviewing approval request for the CEO and make recommendations on proposals

Administration of incoming, outgoing and archived commercial documents for the CEO
