DESIGN : DOMAIN

Make a SHEETMETAL design for Machines MAINBODY and ELECTRIC PANELS, MS, SS and ALUMINIUM material PART design to make a spare parts for machines.

After completing the design do ASSEMBLY for checking the fitments, if any fitment issue observe according to that make corrections in design.

Then sheet metal convert in to DXF and send it to supplier to do a LASER CUTTING and CNC BENDING.

Solid material drawing send it to CNC & VMC section for part production (in house production).

PRODUCTION & DESIGN

Get a monthly production planning from PPC according to that arrange raw materials, sheet metal bodies and market accessories by coordinate with store persons. And do maintain ERP regularly.

Once sheet metal bodies received from supplier end do welding according to drawings(Arc and MIG welding). And do powder coating then do paint labelling.

Instruments used Vernier, Micrometer, Bore dial, Trimos Height gauge, Depth gauge, Bevel protractor, Radius gauge, Thread gauge, Ring gauge.

Performed continuous improvements and do kaizen to increase line productivity and decrease space requirements .

Make a PPAP, SOP and PROCESS FLOW CHART for all parts and get a approval from production & Quality head.

Generated production layouts manpower calculations to achieve the target in less time.

Led development and give analytical support with internal and external resource.

Preparation of Assembly and Disassembly procedure, Technical drawings, fabrication designs and engineering modification for major components machine wise.

Give assembly training to helpers (30 members team) while assembly sort out the difficulties and solve the issue by design modifications.

Oversaw procurement of products including supplier selection and sourcing to manufacturing operations packaging labelling, demand planning, and also deal with logistics.

Designed, managed and lead design reviews for new products and processes from concept through full production.
