Handling the Field operations in Tamilnadu petro products limited & Farabi Petrochemicals
Primary Fractionation unit – Separating C10 to C13 hydrocarbons from straight run Refinery Kerosene having C7 to C17 hydrocarbons in atmospheric distillation columns.
Pacol unit – Converting Linear Paraffin to Linear Mono Olefin using Platinum catalyst (DEH-11&15) with packinox type Radial flow reactors at high temperature-dehydrogenation.
Detal unit – To alkylate benzene with linear olefins to form linear alkyl benzene (LAB) in DA-114 catalyst reactor.
Allyl chloride production unit – Producing Ally chloride with the combined charge of dry gaseous Propylene and gaseous Chlorine in Double tube type nozzle reactor and distillation column.
Epichlorohydrin production unit – Ally chloride and Chlorine with water reacts in mixing jets to forms Dichlorohydrins. The Dichlorohydrins and Alkali are premixed in static mixers and produced Epichlorohydrin in a series of atmospheric and vacuum distillation columns.
