Reverse Engineering Method is carried out on Non-Parametric (IGES/STEP) models to convert them into parametric Models.

Conversion of 2D Models into 3D Models in Manufacturing Method as per customer requirement.

Creating the Drawing as per customer requirement and applying GD&T.

Understanding the Nomenclature of Chains and its attachments and validating as per customer requirement.

CLIENT NAME: TIMKEN INDIA PVT LTD

Project: SPHERICAL ROLLER BEARING (SRB) INTERCHANGABILITY PROJECT Description: Understanding the Mod Codes and specifications of the different Spherical roller bearings and applying those for giving the exact interchange level of the competitors (SKF and FAG) by using Assembly Explosion and delivering within time. Project: PRODUCT ENGINEERING SUPPORT FOR DRIVES

Description: Understanding the drawing, entering and validating the data of components (Chains, Augers, and Sprockets) as per the customer requirements by using CITRIX RECEIVER (DMAC). Benchmark the products like Bearings, Housing, Plummer block etc. in process – Heavy Industry support for TIMKEN by using Interchange tool to show the quality of the product. Project: SHOCK LOAD ANALYSIS FOR TLC SELECTION

Description: Shock load analysis is performed in Excel Tool (customized software in TIMKEN). Shock load analysis is specific type of clutch calculation. Torque Limiting Coupler (TLC) is selected based upon temperature and energy values and these values should be within the limits after shock load analysis.

Project: REMASTERING OF BATTERY LAMINATING MACHINE Description: Remastering of Non-Parametric components to Parametric Components in design procedure by using reverse engineering concept and assembled the components in the Battery Laminating Machine by replacing it with the Non-Parametric components. ACHIEVEMENTS AND REWARDS:

Won Extra-miler award and cash prize for the challenging work done for completing 24K Spherical roller bearings and giving its exact interchangeability for their competitors.

prize in Endurance round for the event of Vishnu E-Moto championship that is making out pollution free Electric Bike.
